Medical and Marketing Administrative Assistant (m/f)

Your tasks:
- Complete weekly expenses reports of both Heads of Functions
- Follow-up on invoices, agreements and compliance process and precise documentation
- Support calendar management & travel as needed
- Coordinate and support team meeting logistics
- Manage "ad hoc" projects emerged in the following professional domains: office management, secretarial services, quality and data maintenance, logistics and handling of external post service
- Ensure strong relationships are maintained at both cross-departmental, cross-countries and EU level
Your qualifications
- Commercial Training and/or Professional Duties with profound experience in an international and multi-cultural environment
- Knowledge of pharma environment is not a must but exposure to a highly regulated professional environment is a must
- Fluent English both oral and written; additional European language is a strong asset
- Professional attitude, organized and structured but flexible if required
- Effective time management and continuous performance even under high pressure
- Sound knowledge of MS Office-tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, …) and data processes on mainframes (such as CRM, GP and any other relevant IT systems)
- Experience of organizing and prioritizing an international varied and busy workload, preferably already in high level administrative support
- Focused and details oriented with the ability see the bigger picture
- Able to handle changing priorities, results focused
