Tasks
• Multifaceted and challenging consulting role, supporting and closely working with the Private Banking & Wealth Management senior IT management team.
• Orchestrate organizational change management activities.
• Perform complex analysis and conceptualization work to support senior management decisions processes.
• Act as a consultant for the management team.
Requirements
• Consultancy or strategy background is must.
• Experienced change and transformation manager.
• Background as an internal employee in a higher position (able to act politically clever) or as a program manager.
• Excellent planning, project management and organization abilities.
• Ability to work across multiple functional areas in an international context with a mind-set to deliver excellence.
• Fluent German and English language skills (written and spoken) is a must.
Soft skills
• Strong communication skills on senior management level.
• Highly collaborative, with outstanding analytical and visualization skills.
• Critical thinking, using logic and reasoning.
• Discretion, sound judgment, and the highest professional ethics and integrity.
