Your tasks:
- Solving problems in close collaboration with End Customer Management and Checkpoint Support
- Incident/Problem Management
- 2nd and 3rd Level Support
Your qualifications
- The following certifications would be ideal: CCMSE + VSX or CCMA
- Expertise in Checkpoint Problem Management (track record of hands-on assignments; Design and Consulting less relevant)
- Experience with R75.x and R77, VSX, OSPF
- Ideally experience in the Production/Logistics industry or Banking industry
- Fluency in German or English
