Progressive Global Energy has been tasked with sourcing a Senior Geoscience Technician for an exploration and production company in the Fort Worth, TX area. Due to their recent acquisitions, they are actively growing their geoscience business unit and have recently opened a brand new position to support their geoscience team. As the Senior Geoscience Technician, you will support (starting off) 3 geologist and report directly to the VP of Geoscience.Below is a list of the qualifications the successful candidate must have:
- 5-10 years experience in a geoscience technician role
- IHS enerdeq proficiency
- Petra experience is a must
- Ability to work independently, as well as in a team
- Experience loading and maintaining a well database
- Experience with production data
- Computer savvy
- Ability to manipulate data to create reports as needed for the geoscience team.
