Description
Progressive Global Energy has been tasked with sourcing a Operational Process Improvement Team Leader/ Engineering Technical Support for an exploration and production company in Pittsburgh, PA. Due to their recent activity, they have created a brand new team to focus on making sure they are improving their process's within their operations and engineering department to be cost effective and efficient. This position will report directly to the Operational Process Improvement Manager.Below is a list of the qualifications the successful candidate must have:
- 3 - 5 years related experience
- Bachelor's Degree (Chemical, civil, mechanical, industrial or petroleum engineering)
- Drilling, completions or construction operations experience which includes on-site work (field experience)
- Compiling, checking and recording information
- Computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Drilling reporting software (WellView Preferred)
- Analyzing data where the objective is to identify problems and issues
- Analyzing data where the objective is to supply information to others who will use it to develop recommendations and alternatives
- Ability to give precise and detailed reports of problems, updates, failures, operations parameters and personnel status
