Description
A market leading Medical Device company based in MN has an opportunity for a Design Engineer on a 9 month contract paying between $30-40/hour.My client is currently seeking to add a strong Design Engineer to its new product development division in order to bring a new product to market. This will involve the full product development lifecycle from cradle to grave. In particular this role will focus on Design of plastic components within the electro-mechanical device, Design Analysis, Failure Analysis and Medical Risk Analysis.
Candidates for this position must have the following skills and experience:
- Bachelors Degree of higher within either Electrical Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or related field.
- 5+ years Medical Device Industry experience
- Full Product Development lifecycle experience
- Advanced product design experience
- Strong track record in FMEA
- Proven background in Risk Analysis (Design Risk or Medical Risk)
