Senior Biostatistician Role

Provides statistical advice, analysis, design and related services to support and facilitate the achievement of assigned Clinical Development projects in line with Company's strategy and external medical/scientific standards. Depending on the experience of the statistician and the complexity of the activity the statistician will work under supervision of a lead statistician or function more independently.
- Provides input in design of study and protocol;
- Writes Statistical Analysis Plans;
- Takes care of the statistical parts of the Tables, Listings and Figures;
- Ensures high quality of results, reports and programs and the related documentation;
- Reviews documents from other team members, including the specifications for the (e-)CRF, data review guidelines and the Clinical Study Report;
- Liaises with statistical programmers on the programming work;
- Act as an expert for specific subjects in statistics, guidelines or other important areas;
- Keeps up-to-date knowledge and skills in statistics for clinical trials and related subjects;
Requirements:
- Masters degree in Mathematics/Statistics or comparable;
- At least 3 year experience with statistical analysis, reporting and presentation tools (like SAS);
- Thorough understanding of clinical development, including experience with project related activities;
- Logical thinking, attention to detail, accuracy;
- Good project Management skills / planning skills;
