Description
The successful candidate will provide technical and medical information with high quality customer service. You will be responsible for researching and preparing responses for escalated medical inquiries as well as Scientific Response Documents related to one or two therapeutic areas.You will:
- Research and respond to inquiries received via phone, email, or mail.
- Document the inquiry and response according to relevant Standard Operating Procedure and regulatory guidelines.
- Responsible for identifying and recording, or triaging to responsible designee, adverse events and product quality complaints as well as processing fulfillment.
Qualifications/experience:
- Bachelor's degree in a science/health-related field
- Pharmacy/Hospital experience
- Medical Information/Pharmaceutical experience
Essential:
- Fluency in Finnish or Swedish, and English
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to interpret and relay technical information
- Demonstrated proficiency in computer and software applications
