Description
The successful candidate will- Research and respond to inquiries received via phone, email or mail
- Record the details of the enquirey and response accurately according to standard operating procedures
- Identify and record adverse events and product quality complaints
Qualifications/Experience:
- Degree in a science/health related field
- Some Pharmacy/Hospital experience preferred
- Pharmaceutical/Medical information experience preferred
- Fluency in Finnish essential
- Demonstrated proficiency with computer and software applications
