IT Support Analyst - Hedge Fund - London - 23 - 27kIT Support Analyst is required to join a leading Hedge Fund based the West End. This role will give you the opportunity to get great exposure around the financial services sector and the exciting technologies associated with it.
Key Responsibility of an IT Support Analyst:
- Project based
- Troubleshooting & problem solving skills
- 1st/2nd line support
- Proactively maintain competence
- Responsible for day-to-day management networks
- Supporting other technicians

Required Skills & Experience of an IT Support Analyst:
- Active Directory
- Basic SQL or database knowledge
- Basic understanding of deployment of Software, Application and Hardware
- Past experience in user support
