Are you a vet looking for a new challenge? Do you have recent practise experience and good interpersonal skills, and are prepared to travel and see customers on a daily basis?

Position Purpose:
*Ensure our scientific resources and technical activities create and deliver unparallelled value to our customers and therefore become a major differentiator, create competitive advantage and contribute to the growth objectives of Clients business
*Properly implement and execute the technical POA campaigns, manage Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs).
*Provide high quality technical advice and support to our customers
*Support Account Managers and other members of the Business Unit (ABM, and Business consultants (PBC).

Organisational Relationships:
*Reports to the Area Business manager
*Supports AMs / KAMs in the field
*Works closely with technical team including NVMs as well as our European colleagues
*Involved at different levels throughout the business - cross functional teams etc

Resources Managed (budget and FTEs):
*To effectively manage marketing support funding for Vet Schools etc.
Primary Duties:
Customer's external stakeholders (90%)
*Carry out the technical campaigns e.g. practise calls, vet/ client meetings, clinical activities
*Plan and implement the KOL management activities (KOLs identification, profiling in SMART, annual plans for active KOLs) in line with the Euafme KOL Management guidelines and specific brand team direction
*Provide agreed standard technical support to our customers, e.g. responding to customer queries and complaints (including PV cases) in a timely and effective way, diagnostic support, etc.
*Carry out technical activities for certain Value Added Services
Support to BU (10%)
*Support AMs with specific customers ensuring a constant flow of information with other AVMs; propose Phase 3b / 4 studies.
*Deliver technical training and coaching to AM's, ensuring adequate understanding and knowledge transfer on products and diseases, and ensuring consistency of messages across Client
*If required, support Euafme organization

Training & Education Required: Training & Education Preferred:
Education:
*DVM (veterinary medicine degree) is mandatory
*Good Microsoft Of?ce user: Word, Excel, PowerPoint
*Proven ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
*Languages: Fluent English (verbal and written)
*Certificate holders or evidence of specialization in relevant disease management areas

Prior Experience Required:
*Previous Vet practice experience (min 3 years) is required
*Previous experience in a technical role in the Animal Health industry is desirable
