They will report directly into the Managing Director and will have 5 people report into them.-Strong Technical background
-Relevant experience in the food industry, liquid milk experience would be beneficial
-Experience of starting systems from scratch
-HACCP, BRC , ISO
-Impressive record of turning around audits
- Great managerial experience
