Our Supply Chain department runs right through from where we manufacture our goods - either in-house or bought from a third-party supplier - through to our own processes and procedures for packaging and distribution , and then how customers interact with us to order products.
Supply Chain encompasses the planning and management of all activities involved in sourcing and procurement, conversion, and all logistics management activities. It also includes coordination and collaboration with our partners, which can be suppliers, intermediaries, third-party service providers, and customers.
The Supply Chain in Eastbourne focuses on the process of receiving our products in bulk and packaging those products into the packaging centre. We pack over five billion tablets a year into over 200 million packs.
As the biggest supplier by volume to the NHS, we know that patients rely on our medicines, so we invest in our UK operations to provide a robust and reliable supply chain.
