Data Scientist / Data Architect ContractLooking for a Data Scientist or Data Architect with a strong background working with data mining algorithms.
My client based in Dublin city is one of the leading providers of cloud-based eCommerce Intelligence and Data Quality Performance Management solutions. Their platform supports over 30 million subscribers and we are looking for a Data Scientist that can help design and implement a new data platform to help aggregate, process, and analyze that data. . Experience with technologies such as SQL, NoSQL, Cassandra, and Hadoop is highly desired. You will be an integral part of our organization and be pivotal in pushing our platform offering to new limits
Must-Have Skills:
- 5+ years of data mining and analysis experience
- Strong knowledge of data mining algorithms (decision trees, clustering, etc...)
- Demonstrated experience using data mining to solve business problems
- Data Modeling and Data Warehouse experience
- SQL, NoSQL, or NewSQL experience
- Hadoop, Cassandra experience
- Experience helping designing and implement new data aggregation platforms
- Master's or PhD in Data Science, Machine Learning, Statistics, or related field
