Front Office Repo & Sec lend Senior Business Analyst/ Project Manager BankingI am seeking an experienced Business Analyst/ Project Manager with strong business knowledge within Repo & Securities lending, to join my leading banking client based in London City
You will take responsibility for the full project projects for the projects within this change team. This will include smaller projects like enhancements and reporting, through to larger scale projects including working with LCH on repo clear membership, Triparty parts, Working with Euroclear- overall offerings and connectivity and projects which cover CCPs, Martini and Sophis.
All of the team are in London so building relationships is a lot easier, and a great opportunity to work directly with the traders and a wide day to day project ownership.
The role is focused on the business analyst skills and working with the front office to understand their requirements, prioritise the change requirements, and work with the Front Office IT & Testing team- all of which are in London so the role involves some project management skills- and the focus of this role is Delivering within change projects across Repo and securities lending projects.
You will be leading a team of 3 BAs- 2 of which are junior so you will also get to develop these people.
You will need to bring a hands on attitude with the drive and energy to manage multiple deliverables at the same time
This is a permenent role, based in London City. Salary is 60,,000 dependant on experience
Requirements
- Experience within Repo & Securities lending
- Experience as a Business Analyst/ Project Manager
- Experience of business change within fixed income
- Experience of managing a team will be very beneficial
- Business knowledge must include Repo Trading, collateral management, CCP, Tri-Party
