Embedded/Real-time software team leader - Permanent - West SussexEmbedded/Real-Time software team leader required for a leading medical devices company in West Sussex. You will be responsible for a software team through all stages of the software product lifecycle, and specifically use your skills within software development to drive the product and team forward.

Salary: £55,000
Location: Redhill

Essential Skills:
- Proficient in Embedded C and C++
- Experience with Object Orientated Development
- UNIX or LINUX Operating Systems
- Able to lead a team and co-ordinate a team of developers
- Familiarity with common Agile techniques
- Team Lead/Management Experience
Desirable Skills:
- Understanding of Electronic Schematics
- Windows Programming
Job Description:
- Working in a regulated, safety-critical environment within a structured quality system.
- Using agile methods to develop software that controls the delivery of radiotherapy on our world-class radiotherapy equipment.
- Leading a team of engineers (both windows and real-time/embedded) to deliver new features and maintenance releases to our radiotherapy software products.
- Driving improvements in team performance.
Other Comments:
