Role description:
The Operational Performance team's main responsibilities are twofold:
A. Capacity planning
The Operational Performance team is responsible for planning the Customer Due Diligence department's capacity (colleague resources). The role includes running the existing excel capacity model and improving the model as the requirements for the operation changes.
B. Process and procedures management
As the custodian of key documents in Customer Due Diligence, the Operational Performance team has an overview of all process maps, procedures and guidelines and controls the changes of these. Sthree UK is acting as an Employment Business in relation to this vacancy.
