Computer Futures are proud to be working on behalf of a reputable market leading agency who have recently been supporting an automotive company with current data migration and marketing insight as well as other prominent market leading clients.
We are currently seeking a Data Analytics Team Lead/Manager or Head of Customer Insight to work both hands on within the insight department but also to manage a team of 6 data analysts.

As a hand on Data Analyst:
  • Participate and encourage the completion of a number of campaigns,
  • Including quarterly analysis,
  • Providing insight to the current market proposals
  • Consultation of actions and improvements that could be made.
  • Clear communication skills and innovative ideas.

As the Head of Analytics / Head of Customer / Head of Data Insight you will:
  • Determine requirements for data analytics across the multichannel customer-facing technology (marketing, digital); working with clients across the business and focused on customer outcomes
  • Determine the analytical solution toolset
  • Lead a community of practices across the business to extract the maximum value from that toolset in terms of shared best practice and innovation across channels and business units
