I am looking for a Financial Analyst/ Accountant to join a top bank based in Bristol. The role will require you to come on board and help them with a new project within their business.Key accountabilities:
Support the Community Banking Cost Manager in the production of monthly cost and FTE reporting & analysis.
Ensure that robust, controlled and timely processes are in place to deliver those accountabilities.
Communication to varied stakeholders to ensure cost management activities are understood, engaged with, and appropriate matrix structures are created and managed
Implement planning activity for your cost management work stream
Support the management of one or more of the cost management accountabilities.
Accurate production of models, processes, reporting and analysis
Capabilities
Some previous experience with Access/Database is necessary & finance experience, ideally a part-qualified accountant.
Ability to present complex data in an easy to understand way (Visualisation skills).
Ability to analyse market data, and competitor result and strategy presentations.
Finance professional with a proven track record gained in a range of roles and/or proven depth of knowledge within their specialism.
Understanding of market and industry environment (commercial awareness).
Understanding of finance systems architecture and processes.
Ability to influence at senior levels.
Ability to build relationships and communicate effectively at all levels.
Ability to lead and implement change.
Contract Role: per day
Based in Bristol, Initial 6 months
