Global Cyber Security

Candidate will be responsible for managing the Network Security Review process and the team that performs the reviews as a part of Global Cyber Security. In addition to management skills, the candidate needs to have experience in Cyber Security, enterprise-scale IT network architectures, and experience applying corporate and security policy to decisions on proposed network changes.

Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:
  • Participates as a member of the Global Cyber Security (GCS) engineering.
  • Work with policy team on updates/improvements to policy as well as ensuring policy is understood by the team.
  • Able to build collaborative relationships and work effectively with peers, management, internal users, and vendors.
  • Provide IT security-related consulting, guidance, and support to customers and stakeholders.
  • Support larger GCS initiatives, policies and compliance requirements.
Qualifications

Education and Experience Required:
  • Experience in managing IT teams within a large IT organization.
  • Experience in managing firewalls and other network devices in an enterprise-scale IT system.
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field of study.
  • At least two years of related experience in information security, IT networking infrastructure field, and managing a team.
  • CISSP or CISM a plus.


Knowledge and Skills Required:
  • Ability to lead a team of engineers and perform managerial duties such as employee development and onboarding/training of new employees.
  • Solid understanding of security fundamentals and general security technologies, including network security (firewalls, VPNs, IPSec, IDS/IPS) and ports and protocols.
  • Understanding of security functions in common IT networking infrastructures such as Windows, Active Directory, Linux, and mobile O/S's.
  • General understanding of security fundamentals, physical security, cyber forensics, cryptography, authentication, identity management, directory services, etc.
  • Excellent time management and coordination skills to plan and organize overall project success.
  • Strong organization, prioritization, and rationalization skills
  • Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
  • Good decision-making abilities
  • Ability to build relationships, engage and influence others and work with diverse teams
