Data Quality Lead - Berkshire - £45 - 55K

A global giant, and one of Sap's best customers, is looking to bring on board a Data Quality Lead to join the team. Based in Berkshire, you will be part of an exciting and innovative project that caters for approximately 407 million customers across the globe. This is a cross functional role which will work with the Supply Chain, HR and Finance departments.

The Role:
  • Responsible for development of data quality tools.
  • Engage with key stakeholders in HR, SCM and Finance areas.
  • Input into data quality strategy and influence of leadership team.
  • Decide whether new functionality should be delivered by the SI or internal team.
  • Working with SI and direct reports to design data quality reporting solutions.
  • Documentation of test approach.
  • Engage with data cleansing teams to advise on cleansing plan, strategy, methodology and stakeholder engagement.
  • Integration with BI team to establish key Client reports data quality impacts.
  • Ensure SI/Internal team complete correct knowledge transfer to support partner.
  • Evaluation of new products from SAP related to data quality.


Requirements:
  • Strong background in data, with experience of defining data quality rules, standards and policies.
  • Experience in end to end implementations and be able to project manage an implementation from requirement gathering to post go live support.
  • Must have data management or governance experience.
  • Familiar with SAP solutions such as ECC, MDM and BI.
  • Ideally, experience in BO Data services and or Web Intelligence/Dashboards.
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbally and comfortable liaising with stakeholders.
