Real Staffing is currently working with our client, a well-respected finance brand to assist them in the recruitment of an additional professional for their team.
Joining in a key management position, you will be responsible for leading their Quality Assurance function.
This is a key role within the organisation responsible for making sure that all financial sales and ongoing customer contact is line with company procedure and meets external regulatory requirements. You will be responsible for managing a team of individuals undertaking audits on customer contact (telephone / electronic etc.). You will take responsibility for designing and implementing the compliance monitoring programme, working closely with key stakeholders in the business to make sure that findings positively impact future business operations.
