Role: Complaints Manager

Location: Greater London

Day Rate: £275-£300

Duration: 3 Months

My client, an NHS Trust in Greater London is looking for an Interim Complaints Manager with a solid understanding of PALS and patient experience for a period of 3 months.

To be successful in this role you must have managed a complaints team in the past, ideally in an Acute setting and must be an excellent communicator as you will be dealing with an array of people from CEO to patients.

Your main responsibilities in this role will include:

* Managing the complaints team
* Managing a backlog of complaints
* Preparing board reports for patient experience
* Chairing and leading complaint resolution meetings
* Reviewing processes to ensure efficient methods of working
* Writing complaints responses

In order to be considered in this role you MUST have worked for the NHS in a similar complaints role and be able to demonstrate your experience.
