Description
Reporting into the HR Director and with a dotted line into the Trust Company Secretary, the successful candidate will be an experienced NHS Membership / Involvement Manager and be responsible for the following:- Management of the Trust Membership Office
- Lead on the recruitment of Trust members internally and locally
- Advise Managers and Employee on local and national policies
- Ensure the regular review of Membership demographic
- Develop systems to manage Members request
- Act as main contact for FOI requests
- Ensure the involvement of public and local partners in activities
- Ensure the Trust is visible locally at key events
- Lead on all engagement with Members and Employees
