Next Ventures are currently executing a search for a MSDP Trouble Management - Senior Expert
The ideal candidate will be available either immediately or within 2-4 weeks maximum.
This is an exciting new programme which will run for 12 month initially.

Software General BMC Remedy ITSM Suite
MSDP Specific Integration Experience One TM
Bachelor's Degree (in Computer Science or Information Systems) preferred
5+ years related experience with technical requirements, analysis, elicitations, modelling, verification, and methodology development.
Proven experience with troubleshooting Telecom principles, methodologies, and issue resolution techniques.
Demonstrated ability to create systematic and consistent requirements specifications in both technical and user-friendly language.
