Description
Our client is looking for a Commercial Lawyer/Solicitor (2-4 PQE) on a secondment basis to support the Head of the Tech, Privacy, IP & E-commerce Law Group.
The Contract Lawyer will be responsible for the provision of legal support in relation to third party and inter-affiliate outsourcing arrangements, which will include:
- Participating in the Firm's outsourcing process for third party and inter-affiliate outsourcing arrangements.
- Providing guidance on applicable legal and regulatory requirements in relation to outsourcing including definition of 'outsourcing' and 'critical or important' outsourcing in relation to the client's regulated entities.
- Assisting business units in determining outsourcing and criticality of outsourcing based on Firm policies and procedures.
- Assisting in drafting and negotiation of legal agreements, task orders and SLAs/KPIs in relation to third party and inter-affiliate outsourcing arrangements, in coordination with business units and other key stakeholders.
- Coordinating with Compliance in reviewing supervisory documentation to ensure they are consistent with the legal framework and associated documentation.
- General support to the Tech, Privacy, IP & E-commerce Law Group.
