COMPLAINTS MANAGER, FINANCIAL SERVICES, LONG TERM CONTRACT

Panoramic Associates are working with a leading Financial Services provider to recruit a Complaints Manager on a contract basis.

The Complaints Manager will build and lead a small team of consultants to manage the customer complaint journey, ensuring that the client delivers excellent service to the customer and working closely with the Financial Ombudsman and FCA.

A background in complaints is a must, ideally in a senior or managerial position. Applicants would also ideally have worked for the Financial Ombudsman previously.

This could potentially be an extremely long contract and is therefore likely to attract a lot of attention, if you are interested, please get in touch ASAP.
