We have a requirement for an experienced Admin Support Officer for a premier Government Department at Canberra who would be required to 

Process Accounts Payable documents 
Certify tax invoices
Process credit notes and purchase order payments ensuring appropriate goods receipting
Assist to maintain email inbox to ensure all electronically received invoices are processed within departmental guidelines
Act as point of contact for all accounts payable queries from both internal and external clients for the department
Raise departmental tax invoices to invoice customers as required
Assist with EOM finance processes as required, including accruals and journals
EOM Goods Receipting for Service contracts
Other administrative, finance and procurement duties as directed

The contract period is from March 2014 - March 2015 with further 6 months extension possibilities if required.

Australian Citizenship and Top Secret Security Clearance is desirable.
