My client is a leading bank, I need someone who can speak English, French and preferably some Dutch.
The Department decided to deploy 'Collaborative Tools' within its scope (around 800 persons).
Those tools encompass an instant messaging/video tool (IBM SameTime), a document management tool (MS SharePoint) and a Social Network Tool (IBM Connection).
The role of the 'Adoption/Change Coordinator' is to design, drive and follow up the change and adoption activities needed to anchor those tools in the operational activities of the I&O department.
As such, a good knowledge/experience in deployment of change/adoption approaches in large populations is a must.
I need someone with a knowledge of IBM Sametime, IBM Connections and MS SharePoint
