Description
My client is a US based Technology Consultancy and they are looking for an ITSM Administrator to support a large piece of work with a Tier 1 investment bank. Reporting directly to the Global ITSM Consultant you will be responsible for whiteboard presentations.
The ideal candidate will have large enterprise experience within investment banks or blue chip consultancies.
Be able to create Flow Charts/Diagrams
Operation Processing
Documenting Business Requirements
Experience of creating policy processes.
