Our client, a tier 1 Investment Bank is undertaking a global data warehouse transformation programme in line with new regulatory requirements. The programme is designed to provide a solution for the production of financial, regulatory and risk reporting. The programme is focused around the creation of a single financial data warehouse which combines all of the financial and reference data required to satisfy the reporting and regulatory requirements.
The current position is looking for a Senior SAP Business Analyst to assist in the development of this data warehouse under the regulatory requirements.
Duties will include:
- Analyzing current data feeds and processes mapping
- Gathering and documenting business and functional requirements.
- Working with SMEs to develop new front to back processes
- Developing user acceptance testing plans
- Meeting all key deliverables in line with key programme milestones
Key skills required:
- In-depth Data warehouse experience
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements - Basel II, Basel III, FATCA, CCAR, Dodd Frank
- Extensive SAP knowledge with focus on General Ledger/Consolidation reporting
- Financial Services background, working on a large scale financial transformation programmes
- Strong understanding of reference data, counterparty data and instrument data.
