Description
Our client, based close to Brussels and active in Financial services, is currently looking for a Contracts Manager for Hardware Maintenance and Telecoms Services.
Period:
Start date: 01 March 2014 (or ASAP)
End date: 31 May 2014 (potential extensions)
Scope of Work:
1. Develop HW maintenance outsourcing contract for India. Includes supporting activities:
- budget management,
- planning and monitoring delivery
- definition and document of procedure and processes to support the service,
- Service performance reports,
- TOI to Operational teams
2. Support the Vendor Management team in activities related to HW Maintenance and Telecom services sourcing contracts, ranging from Service definition, contracting, Delivery, Performance monitoring and budget management.
Skills required:
- budgeting/financial background: forecast and report vs budget
- contract negotiation for hardware support contracts and Telecom services contracts
- vendor performance management in hardware and telecom: SLA definition and monitoring
- planning and coordination: plan and follow-up all stages of the contract, and delivery in line with Project plan.
- Languages: only English is mandatory, French or Dutch are an asset
