Description
Join a team that will plan, develop and coordinate training for the new HR System Rollout. Coordinate end user training related to HR applications with project team and users. Develop training and materials for both classroom and online instruction and deliver classroom training.
SKILLS:
Minimum 3-5 years training experience
- BA or BS in related field
- Must have knowledge, skills and experience in training assessment, designing and development skills, demonstrated facilitation, presentation and delivery skills.
- Excellent communication skills with all levels of project partners and users.
- Experience in planning, developing and implementing training for classroom and online environments.
- Experience delivering training on systems and processes, flexible and adaptable to changing priorities and familiarity with HR processes and practices, new systems implementation.
- Workday and project management is highly desired.
