Chase Resourcing at the express request of one of our Main Clients, a “Venture Backed Technical Company” based in the Kerry region are actively looking to recruit a Chief Operating Officer of excellent standing with a minimum of 10 years’ experience. The successful candidate will be required to operate in a fast paced, innovative environment where exposure to commercial software will be commonplace.
This is a senior role. The successful candidate will be instrumental in shaping strategy and delivering products to our customers and partners across the world.
Job Description
- Be a key member of the senior executive team
- Directly manage and grow the technology team and assume full technology ownership for the business
- Manage all internal stakeholders across the business to deliver external projects for new clients
- Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement plans for the operational infrastructure of systems, processes, and personnel designed to accommodate the rapid growth objectives of organisation.
- Build, mentor, and support the development team in line with business growth
Technical Skills and Experience:
- 10+ years’ experience in IT/web solutions delivery, at least 3+ of which have involved successful operation in a start-up or fast-paced, innovative Web environment in which the candidate has demonstrated delivery, and management capability.
Salary:
€60k+ Negotiable
