Description
Microsoft SQL / VBA / MDX reports developer required for tier one commercial bank to produce client reporing function. You will be responsible for producing client returns using Excel, VBA and MDX to query a SQL data cube.Reports are produced for the front line relationship managers and as such you must have a strong background knowledge of commercial banking products and financial accounting standards.
To secure this SQL / VBA / MDX role you must be immediately available for a six month contract based in central London. My client is willing to pay up to £500 per day for the ideal candidate who can demonstrate using SQL / VBA / MDX to produce accurate and presentable reports to internal commercial banking clients.
Technical skills of reports developer:
-Building queries on SQL data cubes (ideally SQL 2008)
-Building queries using MDX and VBA
-Presenting reports in Excel
-Ability to produce Excel reports in a highly presentable format
Business knowledge of reports developer:
-Client returns
-Ability to communicate with stakeholders in order to produce highly technical requirements
-Commercial banking
