Support Analyst/Service Desk Analyst/1st Line Support/Helpdesk Analyst/Support Engineer - 

Square One is currently recruiting for an experienced Service desk analyst to be based in Dublin for a 6 month rolling contract.

A Helpdesk Call Logger provides first line helpdesk support assisting them with hardware and software problems via phone, email or fax. Must maintain a high degree of customer service for all support queries, take ownership of user problems and be proactive when dealing with user issues. Will log all calls on the call logging system and maintain a log of any software or hardware problems detected. 

The successful applicant MUST speak German.

The candidate must be:

Flexible to work on Saturdays on a rotational basis 
Flexible to work on Sundays from Jan-March 2014 
Good Customer Service and Soft Skills 
Average Technical Knowledge 
Strong background of having worked in a Service Desk Environment 
Flexible to extend shifts upon request 
Follow all Quality and Compliance guidelines laid down by the company and the Project

Location - Dublin

Rate - Negotiable depending on experience 

Start Date - ASAP

Length of contract - 6 months
