Functional SAP Consultant Service Management:
Startdate: within two weeks (preferably)
Language: English (required)
Project duration: initial study (8 weeks) and complete project until end of the year
Location: Zuid Limburg
Need to have:
-Experience with optimisation of service management processes and their implementation in complex organization.
-Broad (functional) knowledge and experience with (SM) tools on the SAP platform.
-Experience in international organisations.
Tasks:
-Make an inventory and analysis of current situation.
-Advice on way forward for service management processes and SAP system utilization.
-Give an outside view on the Service Management Organisation based on consultant's own international experience.
-Understand ready to use functionality in SAP
-meet business needs and find solutions through requirements send out by the Business
Expectations of our client:
We are searching for a consultant(s) with in-depth knowledge and experience in the end to end process from Inquiry to Cash, applying the following billing types:
Resource Based Billing, Quantity Based Billing, Active Budgeting and Periodic Billing.
Aligning the above with the SAP best practices for professional services (available upon request) this translates into an SAP consultant with the following areas of expertise:
- spot consulting
- project with fixed price billing and time and material billing
- contract with auto creation of project, down payments, 3rd party material, personnel assignments and milestone billing
- project with intercompany billing
- project resource and financial management with order controlling
- project resource and financial management with project controlling
