Mission of Business analyst:
is to participate to different tasks:

documenting CS best practices,

consolidating specific requirements,
-
supporting selection process of applications if relevant,

defining best fit organization for CS,
-
defining and documenting sourcing strategy options,
Skills:
Specific experience in Customer Service like organization/related projects is asset
Languages: English + French/Dutch
Preferred location Brussels
Travels are possible/probable
Senior profile who can work autonomous
