Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Support training prorgram by developing and implementaing trainin programs
  • Assist with reconciliation and completion of CAPA records/activities
  • Corrective action activities- CARs and PArs
  • Lead/Support interal audit program- tracking scheduling and performance of internal audits
  • Document assigned audit observations and recommendations to closure through corrective action system
  • Provide guidance and project management to support activities such as:
    • - facilit/product moves
    • - new process implementation
    • - sustaibability initiatives


Requirements:
  • BA/BS in related field
  • 7+ years industry experience
  • Full CAPA ownership/management
  • Six Sigma experience
  • ASQ certification preferred
  • Strong and clear communicator
  • Ability to define and solve complex problems
