Description
An experienced PMO Consultant is required to join a new implementation project based in Madrid. The initial contract will run until the end of 2014 with a view to extend.
You must be fluent in both English & Spanish and be available to join the project from March onwards.
Tasks include:
-Maintain project plan for sub-projects
-Local meeting facilitation: Invitation, Attend meeting, collect and track open issues, create and align minutes
-Preparation of quality meetings/Gateways (Preparation from the local market perspective. Formal pre-check of documents, availability of required persons, keep contact to the Quality Assurance Manager)
-Collect transfer requests in time and with correct parameters/prerequisites
-Collect and track open issues from hosted meetings with regard to meetings which are performed or initiated locally only
-Track open issues assigned to local resources/market specifically
-Project Risk Management
