Based at a central Manchester Head Office, this major retail company has a requirement for a number of Business Analysts on a 6 month contact to redevelop an E-commerce site portfolio.

The role will require R&D and strategy to develop commercially solid site developments to drive E-commerce. Initial customer research will help develop online initiatives to increase customer attraction, conversion and retention. The role entails the creation of benefit cases, which will be measure and reported back to key stakeholders. You will lead and facilitate Workshops to gain approval of business priorities and requirements. Agile project management will be implemented as the project methodology.

A proven and successful track record as a business analyst is essential, with experience in E-commerce desirable. Workshop facilitation, stake holder management, agile methodology and benefit case management are also preferable. Additional experience of mobile development and optimisation or Endeca search and Navigation tools is requirement. All of the above will be matched with excellent soft skills, including; Communication, Leadership and Organisation.

The role will start at the end of February, for a projected 6 month contract. The ideal candidate will have a 1-2 week notice period. The contract will pay up to £400 / £500 per day, depending on experience.
