Responsibilities:
As the Country Sales Manager your role encompasses:
  • The Country Manager will be solely responsible for establishing the company presence and driving sales activities in the designated geography
  • Delivering Company value proposition and selling the complete MDM solution, products, and services in your country
  • Drive account portfolio sales strategy and focus within top 50 accounts
  • Collaborate with Inside Sales and channel partners to ensure complete coverage of entire account portfolio
  • Responsibility to move the transaction through the entire sales cycle
  • Solidify existing customer accounts and elevate Company to a more strategic position
  • Match solution to the customer's business needs, challenges, and technical requirements


Qualifications:

Experience Required:
  • BA/BS in technical or business discipline
  • 8 - 10 years relevant work experience with Enterprise/Mid-sized customers together with the partner community in your country.
  • High performer that want to be out in the field creating and closing deals.
  • Great leadership skills and ability to lead teams of highly talented and independent individuals
  • Good technical background, since we don't have a local SE now.
  • Experience to work with Channel Manager to help you enable the partners needed to meet your targets.
  • Excellent communication, organizational and program management skills
  • Ability to filter and distill relevant information for the right audience
  • Self-motivated; proactive with demonstrated creative and critical thinking
  • Thoroughly understand partner enabling and Go To Market phases
  • Teamwork: Efficiently collaborate with team members to achieve project goals
  • Organized and detailed oriented
