One of the UK's leading charities is now looking for a Senior Developer to be based in Central London.
This is a hands-on role. The successful candidate will assume responsibility for developing, modifying and maintaining different software platforms.
This is an exciting position for a Senior Developer with at least 3 years working experience in the field of software development. Also experience working for a charitable or not for profit institution would be extremely beneficial.
The key skills include:
- Knowledge of C++, Java, PHP and other open source language
- Experience of full software life cycle development
- Experience in designing and developing DBMS with working knowledge of SQL server
The successful candidate will need to have excellent organisational, communications and interpersonal skills and be committed to delivering excellent customer service. They must have a flexible and positive attitude, be analytical and solution driven.
The key outcomes of this post:
- Responsible for the overall design and systems development
- Carry out regular maintenance activities, ensuring systems remain fit for purpose
- Engage with different stakeholders ensuring their techniques making sure the charity benefits from such advancements
