The consultant will be primarily responsible for: Managing relations with Local AMS vendors, Interlink with relevant stakeholders (tax, legal, accounting, purchasing, IT), Define negotiate strategy, Execute negotiations in cooperation with relevant stakeholders, Provide relevant SME knowledge, Follow up purchase orders & invoicing.

1. 5-10 years in area of IT Infrastructure Services purchasing
2. Experience with Global Outsourcing, Services & License Agreement
3. Familiar with Colombian/LATAM INFRA/Outsourcing Market
