Description
The Training Manager (EPIC) provides leadership and direction for the development, implementation, and evaluation of the training program. The Manager Training works closely with the EPIC project leadership team and with EPIC in creating and implementing an integrated training strategy and delivery.Responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Create an effective training plan
- Develop Curriculum
- Coordinate training events
- Conduct post-live training tasks and activities
- Develop metrics that measure program effectiveness
- Oversee the development of a training project plan
- Maintenance of financial objectives
- Create EPIC project training environment
Skills & Education required:
- Bachelor's degree with 5 years of training experience of Master's degree with 4 years related work experience
- Degree in information technology, industrial engineering or engineering, business or health care preferred
- Certifications in one or more EPIC modules
- Must achieve certification in at least one module within 6 months of hire
- Strong presentation skills
- Knowledge around IT and healthcare sector concepts and trends
Contract, 12-18 months, $80-$100/hr
