Drupal / PHP Website Developer

Description

A new fast growth tech startup evolving in the Clothing & Design industries is looking for a Website Developer to join their growing team. The Company is headquartered in Brussels but the candidate may work from France and work partially from home (to be discussed).

The candidate will have strong all round IT skills, a strong expertise in web technologies - in particular Drupal 6.0/7.0 - and the ability to develop further and manage a website (app, mobile and other related digital products) that has an international scope and received awards and good press coverage.

REQUIRED SKILLS:

Understand key server-side web development concepts

Creating visually attracting interfaces

Experience with desktop and mobiles interfaces development

Experience with responsive UI Design

Knowledge of CMS concept

Good experience with the LAMP stack development (Linux, Apache, MySQL and PHP)

Proven experience of development in Drupal 6.0/7.0 CMS platform and at least one of the following framework (Symfony, Zend, CakePHP)

Good knowledge of JavaScript and jQuery framework

Good knowledge of XML and Json

Experience of using HTML5 and CSS2/CSS3.

Experience with Web Services (REST/SOAP)

Experience with managing hosted environment and databases

Experience with Web applications security standards

Best practices methods and clean code in compliance with Drupal standards

Testing knowledge and methodology (cross browser/platform/devices)

Experience with responsive layouts

Experience in social network integration

At least 2+ years of experience in web development
