Description
A medical device company in Minneapolis needs a Design Engineer on a 12 month contract paying between $40-50 per hour.My client is currently seeking a strong SolidWorks Design Engineer to undertake an advanced project to design highly specialized plastics parts for its market leading devices. The project will be undertaken using SolidWorks. The Design Engineer will be immersed in the design stage of bringing a new product to market as well as updated existing on-market products to bring up to current FDA standards.
Candidates for this position must have the following skills and experience:
- Bachelors or higher within one of the following, or related, fields: Electrical Engineer, Mechanical Engineering
- 5+ years Medical Device Engineering experience
- Proven track record within device design
- Advanced SolidWorks skills and experience
