FIX Support AnalystOur client in Downtown Manhattan is looking for Support Engineers with experience in FIX protocol. Salary is 80-120K. Most work visas can be transferred.
Responsibilities
- Provide Level 1 & 2 support for any client issues that may arise
- Use knowledge of FIX protocol to supply best solutions
- Set up and deploy software platform for clients
- Handle FIX connectivity between clients and vendors
- Work with Developers to resolve any software issues
Requirements
- Extensive knowledge and experience with FIX protocol
- Confidence to perform in fast-paced environment
- Experience with electronic trading systems
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field
- Exceptional communication abilities to liaise between both clients and senior management
