Start: 3/3/14
Duration: 3 months with potential for extension.
Primary skills
" Atleast 10 years of PM experience
" Atleast 5 years in the banking industry, Good knowledge of the bank's operations, procedures and governance aspects
" Experience in Business Process/Project Management (process management, statistical analysis and solution development, business architecture)
" Prince 2 / PMI Certified
" Previous experience with Lending is an asset
" Excellent knowledge of Dutch, French and English (written and spoken)
Roles and Responsibilities
oDesign the end-to-end process to repair the data quality of guarantees , taking into account 3 different regulations
oCoordinate the people involved in this process: Credit risk management, operations, process management
oCoordinate the data extract from databases (excel knowledge needed)
oDesign the future end-to-end process to guarantee structural data quality
Capabilities:
oA master degree, or equivalent by experience
oGood knowledge of project and process methodologies (Green Belt, BPM, Prince 2, Six Sigma, Lean, IFW) are considered as an important advantage
oAffinity with IT and the legal aspects of operational risk management

oCapable to analyze all aspects of complex problems and to set the right priorities within a wide range of influencing factors

oA born communicator: you communicate with your stakeholders at a high level (spoken and written)
