Description
Global Head of Digital Governance and Organisational Alignment- LondonGlobal Head of Digital Governance required with Migration experience for one of the leading Global Retail Bank based in London to come on board and assist them with a Global Digital Transformation Project.
This will be a full time, permanent role which will be paying up to £120,000 Per Annum (+ Bonus and Flexible Benefits)for the right candidate and you will be based in Canary Wharf - London.

ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE
- Business Transformation knowledge and experience
- Digital SME
- Organizational design & change management experience
- Ability to lead diverse teams across global functions
- Strong leadership skills
- Strong Migration experience
- Excellent Personal links in Digital
- Strong Commercial/ Business minded
- Strong strategic background
- Experience of leading edge innovation cultures such as Amazon, Google, Yahoo etc
- Experience in both developed and emerging markets on a global scale
